Calorie Burning Lemonade Water Cleansing Diet
Make fresh daily
– 14 oz. Spring Water
– 1/2 Lemon (fresh squeezed) you can filter the pulp if you like but it’s not necessary
– 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup ( Grade B only ), Molasses can be used for Diabetics
– Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
#2 DETOX BENTONITE
